Gugulethu Sophie Mbatha - also called Gugu is a British stage actress and film actor. She gained fame after appearing on the BBC's Doctor Who' British TV show that is a science fiction. Gugu had a massive success in the series as Tish Jones. Tish is the sister of Martha Jones. Gugu was destined for a career in acting after viewers were captivated by the vivacious and spirited personality. Other stage and television productions in Britain include several different productions. Her work has garnered critical acclaim for her performance in British period dramas like 'Belle' (2013) and 'Beyond the Lights' (2014). She also appeared in American TV productions such as "Undercover" which is a Tom Hanks comedic movie, and the TV show "Touch". Gugu Mbatha Raw was in the show "Nell Gwynn" by Jessica Swale as an actress who also served as the mistress of King Charles II. They praised her acting, which led to her being a nominee to receive a prestigious award as the most outstanding actress. Gugu received a Member of the Order of the British Empire award (MBE) from Queen Elizabeth II in recognition of her remarkable performance in the production.
Chelsea Joy Handler is a New Jersey native born in Livingston on February 25, 1975. Handler was the youngest of children within a household of six. The mother of Handler was a homemaker, while her father worked as a used-car dealer. Her mother, born in Germany and an immigrants to America in the year 1958, was born and raised there. United States since 1958, was born in Germany. After more than ten years fight against breast cancer, she died in 1989. Her father was Jewish as was her mother, and she educated in Reform Judaism. Handler had a pleasant, healthy childhood living in a safe neighborhood. As a teenager Handler moved to Los Angeles, California to take on a profession in acting. Handler was a professional actress to support her. Handler took the decision to pursue stand-up acting at the age of 21 when she recognized her storytelling skills. Handler began her stand-up career joining the only female Oxygen cast, which featured in a tv show called Girls Behaving BADLY. This series was known for its hidden camera and the practical joke. It ran from 2002 to2005. The host then appeared in several other shows like Weekends at the D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler started working on The Tonight Show as a reporter. The biggest break for Handler occurred in 2006, when she was able to host her own program on E! The Chelsea Handler Show. The show lasted over two years. Handler continued her stand-up career by doing a show on Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour and which was a tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend (and HBO) have been able to broadcast live stand-up shows. In 2010, it was confirmed that she would be hosting for the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. As a result, she became the first female host in history following Roseanne.
